Single node point action of unique locking make 'Cuplock' a fast, versatile and optimized system of scaffolding for scaffolding for construction, demolition and maintenance projects throughout the world.

CUPLOCK STANDARD (VERTICAL)
SIZES AVAILABLE 3.0M, 2.5M,  2.0M, 1.5M, 1.0M **Special sizes on request.	Made out of 40 mm. N.B. 'M' or 'H' Tubes conforming to I.S. 1161 grade-YST 210/240 or B.S. 1775 grade 40C and 50 C with provision of cups at the rate of 500 mm or 1000 mm c/c Cuplock Standards manufactured by DSCPL are of the sizes as mentioned. Basic features of Cuplock Standards are: Welded Bottom Cups are pressed from high quality steel and captive mobile Top Cups made out of malleable casting provide firm grip to Ledger Blades making the connection rigid and to endure rough site handling. Access standards are provided with integral 150mm. Long spigots for making easy vertical connections.
CUPLOCK LEDGER (HORIZONTAL)
SIZES AVAILABLE 2.5 M, 2.0 M, 1.8 M, 1.6 M, 1.5 M, 1.3 M, 1.25 M, 1.2 M, O.9 M, O.6 M **Special sizes on request.	Made out of 40 mm. N.B. 'L' or 'M' Tubes conforming to I.S. 1161 grade, YST 210/240 or B.S. 1775 with forged blades at the ends. Basic features of Cuplock Ledgers are: - Minimum projection of blades avoids damages in handing and uniform dimension makes the cup joint rigid.
CUPLOCK OMEGA TRANSOMS
SIZES AVAILABLE 0.9 M, 1.3 M 1.8 M, 2.5 M	Omega Transoms manufactured from press bent section with flange type extensions on both sides provides a strong support for working platform with Cuplock steel battens.
CUPLOCK OMEGA HOP-UP BRACKETS
	Omega Hop-up Brackets are specially designed omega sections for placing battens with provision of forged blades to be fitted with Cuplock standards by cup joint. Omega Hop-up brackets are available for single board, two board and 3 board allocations.	Single Board Bracket
GALVANIZED STEEL BATTENS
SIZES AVAILABLE 2.5M X 0.238M X 0.057M 1.8M X 0.238M X 0.057M 1.3M X 0.238M X 0.057M	Galvanized steel battens are lightweight non-slip working surface, which can be used with omega transoms.
CUPLOCK INTERMEDIATE TRANSOMS
SIZES AVAILABLE 0.565 mm. (2 Board) 0.795 mm  (3 Board)	For use with Hop-up brackets where distance between standards exceeds the span of scaffold boards Cuplock intermediate transoms are available for 2 boards and 3 boards.
INSIDE BOARD TRANSOMS
SIZE AVAILABLE 1.62M.	Similar to intermediate transoms, inside board transom is used for providing facility for a single inside board platform.
BRIDGING HORIZONTALS
SIZES AVAILABLE 5.0M 7.5M	This item is used to provide working platform complete with necessary guardrails for vehicle passage.
CANTILEVER FRAME
SIZES AVAILABLE 1.0 M, 1.5 M	This item is used for providing support to decking or formwork at edges. This frame has ledger blades to be fitted into cups of Cuplock standards at one end and with provision for accepting jacks in three positions at the other end at 1.2 m,   1.25 m and 1.3 m from centerline of the standard.
BEAM BRACKETS
	Beam Brackets are used to provide support to beam formwork from also support standards with provision for accepting jacks or fork heads. It has a safe load carrying capacity of 1500 kg.
FIXED FORKHEAD
SIZES AVAILABLE 0.086 M X 0.2 M 0.162 M X 0.15 M	Fixed forkhead along with universal jack can be used with Cuplock standards to gives height adjustment.
SPIGOT
	Made out of 300 mm long square tube and with out and bolt spigots are used for connecting verticals.
ADAPTOR
	The Drophead Adaptor units provide for the easy conversion of Dropheads from the Waffle and Trough or Metriform Support Systems for use with Cuplock.
SOCKET BASE
	The Socket Base is used in conjunction with the Universal jack and is drilled to allow for the insertion of a securing bolt if required. The dimensions are as mentioned.
UNIVERSAL JACK
	The Screw Jack provides a method of jacking which can be used at either the top or bottom of a scaffold structure. It is used in conjunction with Forkheads, Socket Base and Drophead Adaptors.
SPIGOT PIN
	A quick action locking device with no loose nuts and bolts which resists minor tensile forces between vertical members.
LONGITUDINAL BRACING
SIZES AVAILABLE 2.50M X 2.00M 2.50M X 1.50M 1.80M X 2.00M 1.80M X.1.50M	For diagonal bracing of scaffolding a range of longitudinal braces made out of 20 mm N. B. 'L' tubes with swivel forged blades at either ends to be fitted into cups of Cuplock standards are available.
